When others are asked the question about you "what's he all about?" are you happy with what you think the answer is? If not, you can change it and you don't need a social media influencer do it! There is no special formula about how to go about making a change. It basically happens like this:

1. Think about making a change.

2. Make a plan to make the change.

3. Remove or deal with any roadblocks to executing the plan.

4. Develop strategies to maintain your motivation to consistently adhere to the plan.

5. Execute the plan.

6. Plan is no longer needed as the change has become permanent.
