Focus on the things you can control!

Most of my clients struggle with CONTROL. We all struggle with control from time to time. We want to control things around us because if we can it will lower the anxiety we feel about our lives. Good theory, but - it doesn't work! Trying to control things we can't can cause us to become frustrated, and this frustration can lead to high emotions and stress. Therapy can help you to accept the things you can't control and focus on what you can. When you begin to let go of wanting to control the uncontrollable and focus on what you can, you will be on the road to stress relief!
